    Apr 13,  · As for myself I prefer the SACD but in retrospect not worth the money over the 35DP or original US CD. IIRC there were more than 1 US mastering. Here is what Steve Hoffman said about Escape: The thing about the Journey recordings is that they were all mixed at a really high volume level.
